Summer BBQ coming up. And yes, it will be vegan. There is nothing like veggies on a grill. In preparation To prep I’ll make some polenta tonight, and place it in a flat sheet to cool in the fridge. Tomorrow when I turn on the grill I’ll cut the polenta into squares and grill them. And served with that will be veggies on a stick (veggie-ka-bob). I might also do something with marinated tofu. Haven’t really figured that out yet. But the main dish will be broccoli steaks. I take broccoli stalks, slice them thin and grill them. That comes out delicious. Will post some photos tomorrow.
